So beginning of last month, I struggled to run continuously for one minute.
Today, I ran continuously for seven minutes. It was 5R-3W-7R-3W (R = run, W = walk). That’s huge progress for me. Of course, I needed to be able to do that three times to meet my goals for the week, but alas…my body can only do so much 🙂
I am hoping tomorrow, when I try this again, I am able to progress, and at least get to the next part.
In all I did 3 miles; this week’s goal is 4 miles. I am 3 minutes faster overall, when compared to less than four weeks ago!
